1. Website Purpose

This website provides information about our breeding program, available puppies, waitlist and adoption process, educational journal content, and related communications. Content is for general information and does not replace a signed placement agreement.

2. No Guarantee of Placement

Submitting a waitlist or adoption application does not guarantee a puppy. Placement is based on application review, temperament matching, timing, and availability.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep puppy listings, program descriptions, and fees accurate. Availability, details, and timelines may change. If a conflict arises between website copy and a signed contract, the signed contract controls.

4. Intellectual Property

Site text, branding, logo, and photographs are owned by Regal Ridge Schnauzers or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse materials for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate application information and not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access to admin areas, or interfere with site operation.

6. Program Documents

Downloadable documents — including our Waitlist Agreement and Puppy Sale Contract — are available on the Waitlist & Adoption documents section. Final terms are those signed by both parties at the time of agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regal Ridge Schnauzers is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use. Puppy health and placement obligations are governed by the applicable signed sale contract.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable U.S. state where Regal Ridge Schnauzers primarily operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
